Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
8oz Carb Control Chocolate Milk
1/2 cup plain vanilla yogurt low fat
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 cup of ice
1 packet of stevia
Blend for 45 sec.
DRINK UP!
Mixed Berry Shake
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1/2 Cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 scoop Pro Basics Vanilla whey
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup of ice and little water
Blend 45 sec.
DRINK UP!
